Dashboard security
The admin dashboard is where payments and customer data get handled, so it is the first thing an attacker tries to open. Getting in requires a temporary code sent to a phone, known as two factor authentication. An invisible check from Cloudflare slows down bots, and each failed attempt forces a longer wait before the next one. We also set up decoy routes, fake addresses that flag anyone hunting for a way in, plus database rules so each user sees only what is theirs. None of this makes it harder for your own team to log in.
Who it is for
Stores, internal systems, and any business with a dashboard that handles payments or customer data.
What is included
- Two factor authentication (2FA) with a temporary code
- Bot verification, no annoying puzzles
- Attempt limits and progressive lockout
- Decoy routes that flag intruders
- Per user permissions in the database
- Access links that expire
How we do it
- 01
We review how people log into your systems today.
- 02
We add layers of defense without complicating things for your team.
- 03
We test common attacks and set up alerts.
Real example
Logging into URG Technology's dashboard requires a six digit code from your phone, and every failed attempt doubles the wait: one, two, four, up to eight seconds. Access links expire after 15 minutes, there are decoy routes, and the dashboard does not show up on Google.
