WHAT WE BUILD · WEB APPS
The site takes the order. The system does the rest.
A web app is a website and a piece of software connected, so that a booking, a payment or an order placed on the site reaches your system on its own, and what changes inside the business, like stock, hours or prices, appears on the site without anyone retyping it. People search for it as a web app; we call it a web system. The URG store is one: the customer pays, the machine is held in their name, and the order is already in the dashboard.
For businesses where somebody spends part of every day copying information by hand between the website, WhatsApp and a spreadsheet.
What you get
The public site
The part your customer sees: catalog, prices, forms and checkout, each with its own page for search engines. Same quality as a website built on its own, with the system attached behind it.
The private dashboard
The screen where you run the day, with orders, stock, prices, shipments and a bell for whatever cannot wait until tomorrow. Changing a price stops being a call to a developer.
Payments confirmed on the server
Cards, wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, PayPal and pay in four with Klarna, each validated before anything ships. Card numbers are never stored on your side.
Stock that never sells twice
The item or the time slot is held on the server the moment somebody starts paying. At URG that mattered because almost every refurbished machine is one of a kind, and a double sale means one customer waiting on a refund.
Emails that send themselves
The confirmation goes out the second the payment clears, and the reminder follows on its own days later. No tab open anywhere for any of it.
Backups and access by person
Copies in more than one place, permissions per user and a log of who changed what and when. At Atlantic the program has no permission to delete data at all, only to mark it as deleted.
Your own analytics
Optional and quoted separately: a dashboard telling you where each visit came from and which buttons it tapped, stored in your own database instead of somebody else's.
The data stays yours
The database, the domain and the code belong to you, and once the project is paid you can migrate all of it to your own infrastructure. Nothing in it depends on a monthly plan from a platform we do not control.
How it looks when it is done
URG Technology already works this way: a public catalog, a private dashboard, payments the server confirms on its own, and stock that gets held the moment someone starts paying. Atlantic Center solves the other half, the inside of the business, with two or more computers synced through the cloud. A web app joins those two halves, and we built both of them.

What it costs and how it starts
A project like this usually starts in Diamond, from $8.000.000 COP$5,000 USD€5,000 EUR, because most of the work sits behind the screen and has to keep running when nobody is watching. A lighter version, a site with forms that save and one dashboard to read them, fits in Gold from $4.000.000 COP$1,500 USD€1,500 EUR. The payment is one time, the first year of hosting and domain is included, and from the second year the renewal is USD 240 on Diamond and USD 90 on Gold.
- A free mockup before you pay
- Scope and price in writing before we start
- Two-year warranty on what we build
- First year of hosting and domain included, annual renewal after that

What is a web app, and how is it different from a website?
A website shows information. A web app also does something with what arrives: it holds stock, charges a card, writes to a database and hands you the result in a private dashboard. If your site ends in a WhatsApp message that you then copy into a spreadsheet, what you have is a website and what you are describing is a web app.
How much does a custom web application cost?
From $8.000.000 COP$5,000 USD€5,000 EUR in the Diamond plan for a store or a booking system with payments, a dashboard and automatic emails. The lighter version, a site with forms that save and a screen to read them, starts at $4.000.000 COP$1,500 USD€1,500 EUR. What moves the figure is everything that has to keep working while you sleep, not the number of screens.
Can I take bookings and payments online?
Yes, and the part that decides the sale happens after the button. At URG the card is confirmed on the server, the machine is held in the buyer's name and nothing ships before the money is confirmed; a bank transfer arrives with a receipt that an administrator validates from the dashboard. A booking calendar works the same way, blocking the slot the moment somebody starts paying, so two people cannot take the same hour.
Do I need to watch the system all day?
No. The server confirms payments, releases reservations that expired and sends the emails with no screen open anywhere. A person still reviews transfer receipts and ships the orders, and opens the dashboard whenever it suits them.
Can it connect to the software I already use?
Usually yes, if that software has a way to talk to the outside, and checking that is the first thing we do. When it does not, the choice is between replacing it and syncing it the way Atlantic Center does, keeping the desktop program and using the cloud to sync and back up.
Who owns the data, and what if we stop working together?
You own it. The database, the domain and the code are yours, and once the full price is paid you can ask us to migrate everything to your own infrastructure. What we build carries a two year warranty on anything that does not work as agreed, and that warranty does not cover changes made by an outside platform or new features requested later.
