What we mean by companies
We think of companies as organizations with separate departments, each with its own owner, and a budget that gets approved before it gets spent. Information passes through several hands, and systems that do not talk to each other coexist side by side. Almost any change needs a document to justify it to someone else.

For URG, we wrote a nearly 200-page document before writing a line of code, covering business rules and edge cases. A document like that keeps the system maintainable and extensible even as the team changes.

A record of who made every change, with copies stored in different places. At Atlantic, the software does not even have permission to delete records from the database: a deletion only marks the record and logs who did it.

How does the Corporate by-the-day plan work?
It is quoted per project and billed by the day worked, starting at $800.000 COP$200 USD€200 EUR a day. The team focuses entirely on your project, with regular meetings and progress reports, and the scope can include software, data, automation, and integrations.
Do you sign confidentiality agreements?
Yes. The Corporate plan includes confidentiality agreements and specialized data protection. When we show a system in our portfolio, we use demo data: the Atlantic screenshots come from an isolated database with fictional records.
Will the software be documented for our own engineering team?
That is how we worked at URG. The decisions, business rules, edge cases, and tests were all put in writing, so the store could be maintained and extended without breaking what already works. The manual went from nearly 200 pages before the code to a second version describing what was actually built.
Do you work with companies outside Colombia?
Yes. We operate from Bogota and Berlin, in English, Spanish, or German, with video calls and phased delivery. Pricing outside Colombia is quoted in USD or EUR.
