The "From" price is the starting point of the plan. The final price depends on what you need, and we agree on it in writing before we start. If you want to add something later, we quote it separately and you decide.
No. The project is paid once. The first year of hosting, domain, backups, and warranty is included. From year two there is an annual renewal: from USD 30USD 30EUR 30 on Silver, USD 90USD 90EUR 90 on Gold, and USD 240USD 240EUR 240 on Diamond.
The warranty covers our mistakes: if something we delivered does not work as agreed, we fix it for free for 2 years. An update is anything new or different you request afterward, like changing copy, adding a section, or a new feature. That is new work.
Gold includes 3 hours a month for 3 months and Diamond 6 hours a month for 6 months. Every request is estimated before we do it and logged. Hours you do not use in a month do not carry over, and anything beyond your hours is quoted. On Silver, every update is quoted, from USD 40USD 40EUR 40.
